About You
The Sales Strategy Associate will assist the sales teams in our high jewelry salons and will provide administrative support to our Sales Strategy teams who is responsible for the development of the market, prospective clients, and existing books of business. Your high attention to detail and accuracy will be paramount in supporting our teams. Reporting to the Manager, Sales Strategy, you will work closely with the Sales Strategists, Sales Executives and Salon Directors for each opportunity to foster client relationships. Success in this role means you have an innate ability to work with data and articulate insights with clarity, exhibit flexibility in aligning with business demands, and possess impeccable organizational prowess.
What You Will Do
- Support the Sales Strategy Analyst to detect and resolve data issues, continuously improving data integrity and quality
- Maintain accurate client records and sales notes in the CRM
- Assist with using data to identify untapped opportunities for the sales teams
- Conduct thorough research on target profiles, circles of influence, connections, and organizational ties for prospective clients
- Build client profiles and demographic analytics using excel and the CRM
- Report key findings to the team to help guide the sales strategy process
- Provide administrative support for all Sales Strategy workload overflow
- Offer general support and ad-hoc projects as assigned

Pay Transparency
Targeted base compensation is $25/hour plus annual bonus. This position will be contract for the first three months and will have potential for full time hire after completion of successful probationary period. The total compensation package is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Our workplace is clean, orderly, appropriately lighted and ventilated with the proper safety compliance. Noise levels are considered low and daily physical activities are considered light: office work, seldom lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, stooping, kneeling, or walking.
