About You

The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting the growth of Lugano Sales and Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) platforms. In this role, you will assist the business and technology with the implementation, development, and system administration of the CRM system. You will have a special focus on collaborating with Leadership, Sales, and Revenue Management Teams to understand Lugano’s sales goals and strategies, and then translate those into CRM functionality. Ultimately, you will be responsible for all day-to-day operations within the CRM system.  

What You Will Do 

  •  Responsible for supporting all phases of CRM implementation. 
  • Acts as a subject matter expert and is responsible for training CRM users. 
  • Recommends and uses feedback to provide various approaches to design to the business and engineering teams 
  • Creates ad hoc queries and custom reports for a variety of business needs/functions. 
  • Responsible for creating efficient and reliable processes for CRM data collection  
  • Develops thoughtful analysis in response to business needs and requests. 
  • Collaborates with CRM users to implement improved business practices by leveraging CRM technology. 
  • Serves as first-level support for all concerns related to the CRM raised by staff, collecting necessary details, and triaging the requests for the team, including first-level diagnostics. 
  • Acts as a CRM subject matter expert, being the primary liaison between Lugano CRM users and IT for troubleshooting and enhancements. 

What You Bring

  •  Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. 
  • Strong understanding and experience with CRM; Dynamic 365 is preferred. 
  • Experience collaborating with internal Sales and Leadership Teams to translate growth strategies and revenue targets into CRM functionality. 
  • Proven history of successfully managing end-to-end CRM implementations within a rapid growth environment. 
  • Professional experience with providing technical support and CRM training to users with varying technical skill levels. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to translate technical information into digestible information. 
  • Ability to document and manage business requirements that directly impact the advancement of business goals and objectives. 
  • Skilled at proactively resolving users' technical and system satisfaction issues. 

Pay Transparency

Targeted base compensation is $100,000 plus annual bonus. The total compensation package is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Our workplace is clean, orderly, appropriately lighted and ventilated with the proper safety compliance. Noise levels are considered low and daily physical activities are considered light: office work, seldom lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, stooping, kneeling, or walking.
