Tiffany McCauley brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role as Vice President of North America sales at Lugano. With a dynamic career spanning leading positions at prestigious luxury brands, she most recently served as Global High Jewelry Director at Tiffany & Co. Before that, Tiffany was Director of High Jewelry for the Americas at Cartier and Sales Director at the renowned Cartier Mansion.
Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Shippensburg University, Pennsylvania. Throughout her education and professional journey, Tiffany has consistently been known for her leadership and dedication to building lasting relationships with teams, colleagues and clients.
Tiffany’s personal achievements reflect her passion and perseverance. She is an avid athlete and has completed four marathons and two Half-Ironman triathlons. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and is dedicated to causes such as The Foundation for Prader Willi Research (FPWR) and The Ronald McDonald House.
Her motto, “I can’t control others’ behaviors, but I am in charge of mine, so I try to be kind, smile, and find the good in any situation,” exemplifies her positive and resilient mindset. While she is content with where she lives, Tiffany dreams of spending time in different parts of the world to experience new cultures and perspectives.
