Stuart Winston


Chief Experience Officer and Managing Director of Privé, Stuart is a master at curating the Lugano Experience. He’s responsible for creating the remarkable experiences for our customers and the companies’ partnerships. His strong community relationships and with his luxury retail business acumen, Lugano has forged and executed a business strategy that has been proven successful in multiple markets.

Stuart has over 20 years of experience in marketing, branding, leadership, and luxury retail. He started his career with The Ritz Carlton Hotel Company as a concierge, focused on creating VIP experiences for all guests. He has spent his entire career in luxury, with brands such as Gucci, Jil Sander, and others in the luxury space, with positions that encompassed more responsibility and greater leadership roles.

He then joined the Lugano Diamonds team in 2007 as VP of Sales & Marketing and has since played an integral part in creating and shaping the brand and client experience.

Stuart now focuses his attention on fostering relationships in both current and new markets, as well as play an integral role in the launch and expansion of Lugano Privé, beginning with Newport Beach, ultimately growing the brand across the country.

Although Stuart considers Newport Beach, California to be his own version of “paradise” and one of the “prettiest places in the world,” if he had the chance to live anywhere in the world for at least a few months out of the year, it would be the Kona Coast on the Big Island of Hawaii. He loves traveling, being immersed in new cultures, and exploring the beauties of the world.
