Lance Oaten brings a seasoned background of expertise to his role as Director of Salon Sales at Lugano. With an impressive career across renowned luxury brands, he has held key positions including Regional Client Relations Manager at Louis Vuitton, Senior Store Director at Tiffany & Co., and Salon Director at Harry Winston.

A graduate of Seaford College in West Sussex, England, Lance has consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence throughout his educational and professional careers. Recognized for his dynamic leadership skills and longstanding relationships with his colleagues and clients, he has built a reputation as a trusted presence within the luxury industry.

Outside of his career, Lance’s personal passions reflect his creativity and warmth. He is an accomplished cook with a specialty in preparing French and Indian cuisine. He also treasures his time spent engaging in thoughtful conversations with his family and continually discovering the world through his children's eyes. A proud advocate of social causes, Lance is actively involved with organizations such as the National Down Syndrome Society and Gigi’s Playhouse. He also credits his wife for inspiring his ongoing education on women’s rights and feminist causes.

Lance’s personal motto, “Be kind, listen, and learn,” captures his open-minded and empathetic approach to both life and work. If he could live anywhere in the world, he would be torn between his native England and Africa—both places that hold special memories and have shaped some of his most formative experiences.
