Job Overview

You will play a pivotal role in transforming our wearable works of art into mesmerizing, accurate visual representations. You will collaborate with the Marketing team to brainstorm ideas and bring the Company’s vision to life through your lens. Your technical proficiency and "can-do" spirit paired with your unwavering commitment to achieving goals and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment will bring you success in this role

About the Role

• Utilize lighting, composition, and camera techniques to capture high-quality images of Lugano jewelry
• Edit and retouch photographs to achieve clarity, color accuracy, and consistency while adhering to brand guidelines
• Manage the photography studio including equipment and props to optimize workflow efficiency
• Collaborate with the Creative team to plan and execute photoshoots, ensuring that each piece is showcased as intended

What You Bring to the Team

• You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.)
• You have experience with setting up shots (props, lights, etc.) in a professional environment.
• You are highly proficient in retouching skills and can oversee the retouching team’s quality and workload.
• You are highly organized and able to manage several projects at once
• You thrive in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment
• Experience with jewelry or luxury goods is a plus

Pay Transparency
Targeted base compensation is $85,000-$90,000 plus an annual bonus. The total compensation package is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
