What You Will Do

• Strategically drive strong results to meet and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets
• Ensure the highest level of client service is always delivered and that the client experience is always the top priority
• Work collectively to make a measurable contribution to the salon’s and your personal sales goals
• Use key metrics to develop an effective sales strategy and personal business plan that enable you to meet and exceed sales targets
• Identify and cultivate new and existing clients, creating opportunities for networking
• Represent Lugano’s brand at community/philanthropic events with integrity and a sense of ownership
• Translate time invested within the community into appointments that fuel sales
• Utilize provided sales tools and systems to accurately and promptly document detailed client and prospect information
• Stay current and involved in the worlds of art, healthcare, education, and other philanthropic organizations within our community
• Provide superior service to all clients, with exceptional communication, follow-up, and follow-through
• Support Salon functional operations including stock take, opening, closing, etc.

What You Bring

• Experience cultivating and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships with clients,
• Expertise in personalizing and delivering remarkable experiences; emphasizing relationship-driven approaches and interactions
• Proven history of achieving and surpassing sales targets by leveraging your knowledge of luxury lifestyle, international travel, arts, and fine dining; high-jewelry is a huge plus
• Inherent ability to instill trust through genuine interactions and transparent communication with prospects, clients, and internal teams
• Expertise in strategic planning, utilizing analytical skills and data to optimize sales processes and enhance business outcomes
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to share the Lugano story
• Demonstrated success in driving business results – proactive and solution driven

Pay Transparency
The targeted base compensation is $80,000-$90,000 base plus commission. The total compensation package is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Our Work Environment
Our workplace is clean, orderly, appropriately lighted and ventilated with the proper safety compliance. Noise levels are considered low and daily physical activities are considered light: office work, seldom lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, stooping, kneeling, or walking. Employees must have the stamina to work long hours if assigned. Hours and days of work may vary by position.
